Getting to Stirling Active Travel Hub

 

On foot 

Stirling Active Travel Hub is located at Stirling train station,  a 5-minute walk from Stirling city centre.  

By bike

Stirling Active Travel Hub is located at Stirling station, near NCN76 and NCN765. 

There is covered, secure, cycle parking at the station.

There are nextbike stations at Stirling train station, The Peak (on NCN76) and at Springkerse Park and Ride.  There is a virtual docking station for Forth Bike at Stirling train station.

Public transport

The hub is located at Stirling train station, a 5-minute walk from Stirling bus station.  Details of buses and trains can be found on the Traveline Scotland website.

Getting to and from Stirling by train

By car

There is a carshare scheme operating in Stirling -  Stirling Lift share - and a car club.

There is a bus from Springkerse Park and Ride.  Return ticket £1.20 (journey time 8 minutes). 

There are two park and ride car parks in Stirling.  The bus from Springkerse Park and Ride. (Return ticket £1.20  - journey time 4 minutes) goes past the hub and onto the bus station.    The bus from Castleview park and ride stops at the top of Station Road.  To walk from there look at the 'By foot' information above.  There are also  nextbike stations at both park and ride car parks. 

There is a car park at Stirling station (free for 30 minutes/£3.50 all day).  The Rainbow Slides and Forthside car parks are a few minutes’ walk away.  There are EV charging points at Forthside car park.
